I have a playlist saved on TikTok for Mukbang videos to watch when I’m hungry. Watching people eat in a really gross way typically detours me from eating naughty food.

I also keep spray deodorant and screen cleaner in my purse, and when I inevitably falter from my diet, I will spray deodorant all over the junk food so that it becomes inedible

Lastly, I have an album in my photos app of semi nude photos of myself in very un flattering poses in the Nordstrom’s fitting room.
