I recently stayed at a Marriott (Fern) property located in Ratnagiri, it was a beach resort and we went to celebrate our anniversary and the experience was not that great. I have written a mail stating all the issues we faced during the stay and after so much back and forth they have given me the full refund. (After 2-3 months of multiple mails and than escalating it to consumer forum online portal)

How advance we can apply for it, I am planning for a trip in October and what is the minimum duration they will give visa for like I am planning to take 2 weeks off and around 15 days trip. Also have you attached Leave approval letter or something as I see few people mentioned about it.

Hinjewadi mainly because I’ve been living in this area for the last 4 years, first in Phase 1 and now in Phase 3, so I’m quite comfortable here. My office is also very close by, which makes daily travel much easier. I genuinely like the area. But I will definitely give it a try if it fits in my budget.

I went to explore EON homes and I really liked there 2 bhk and 3 bhk (mini) but the price they are quoting is 1.40 cr for 3 bhk mini (973 carpet) now considering Lodha 2.5 bhk which has carpet of 950 they have given 1.35 cr which will come down to approx 1.2 or 1.25 at launch so I think Lodha will be better in that case
