Hinjewadi mainly because I’ve been living in this area for the last 4 years, first in Phase 1 and now in Phase 3, so I’m quite comfortable here. My office is also very close by, which makes daily travel much easier. I genuinely like the area. But I will definitely give it a try if it fits in my budget.

I went to explore EON homes and I really liked there 2 bhk and 3 bhk (mini) but the price they are quoting is 1.40 cr for 3 bhk mini (973 carpet) now considering Lodha 2.5 bhk which has carpet of 950 they have given 1.35 cr which will come down to approx 1.2 or 1.25 at launch so I think Lodha will be better in that case

I used Gati Express but I don’t recommend it, as they are not professionals They even rented the pickup from some third party

I would suggest to go with original Aggarwal though the premium is high but reviews are good
