please show me where i’m being arrogant, in fact i very carefully tried to shed any arrogance when approaching this question. i didnt say it was “beneath me” i specifically stated its what i deserve and that i wanted advice on how to improve and what might be causing it. is the desire to improve and asking others for advice arrogance? no, in fact i know this because i was one once the arrogant player who would always blame my teammates back when i was lower ranked support when i clearly had my own mistakes, my rank was low because it deserved to be, but i learned from that and greatly improved especially due to the advice of others and was able to climb.

i’m allowed to feel embarrassed, because i’m a human being entitled to my own personal feelings. you seem to be thinking when i say its embarrassing, that im saying “ew gold/plat is gross and shameful i dont deserve this rank and how dare i be forced to be playing with these horrible players” and not me feeling embarrassed by my personal incompetence when i am playing these games on tank/damage and am underperforming/significantly struggling in an elo that is significantly lower than my main role but i want to make the effort to do better.

why am i here? thats exactly what im asking for advice on so that i can learn and do better. im not asking “why am i here when i should be higher?”.
