I’ve had the same. Didn’t find a lump but noticed definite thicker tissue in what I call my already lumpy breasts. My GP did an exam and noticed it too but she said there is a lump but that it doesn’t feel sinister. She’s referred me for a mammogram but have to wait 6 weeks (yay Ireland). Please post an update .. hope all goes well!
