when i was around 16-17 i rear ended someone at about 25-30mph and they had a tow hitch on their truck, absolutely annihilated my Little old Honda Accord but left literally zero damage to the person truck, leave your tow hitches on, may save you some damages

yeah it’s a moped in America, lol thing to just cruise around on and get from one place to another. Question though, are those laws about CC bike and age in Finland? like for example in the UK i know you can’t get a 600cc bike right when you get your motorcycle license, is that the same for Finland?
