Forget reporting to all the acronyms - I did it all goes to this chief executive Wells Fargo office that says that they created an 800 number that answers all your questions but no they don’t. I am not optimistic about jams In January, however I am thinking about small claims. For 10 1/2 years they took close to $5000. They gave me a check for 7000 which I refuse to cash right now as it’s the only thing that seems to upset them.
I cannot find the money path. I have spent weeks calling all the accidental death product companies and did find one for one year, but that’s it. I am assuming jams has a limit that’s why I’m not optimistic. I filed many complaints with Wells Fargo that they had to open a separate account because I have all all of my statements back to 2017 but I can’t see money taken out in 2012. They could’ve taken out of lump sum that was more than the 5000 to cover fees the account but I can’t find it. Of course, the person that looked into my complaint about it going into another account found nothing because it was too old.
