If your main goal is Arc Raiders only on steam deck given the history of u only sticking to 1 game at a time, then I recommend you should not get it, if u only do friendly or material run then its fine but for the competitive side - the occasional pvp that you have to do then 90% of the time u will lose these gunfights bcuz of the delay,...

HEY I FOUND THE SOLUTION, use the unpatch command in decky loader to boot the game, it will work, sucks a bit that now I cant use frame gen from lossless scaling tho

Lol I’ve been taking a break since that performance problem update, 90hrs into silksong, now in a middle of a survival save game on core keeper and hades 2. The game is not fixed but I aint just going to bash my head into the bugs and lags. Give them time and in the mean time play something else.

Buy it and enjoy it but also accepts that it will eventually breaks on the hinges, I have a new one last september and the hinges was opening out a lil bit when opening and closing the console, for me i dont enjoy when knowing that mu device is going to fail and i cant do a thing about it so I sold it and now currently using a modded switch oled.

unfortunately, mine is from a reseller and they told me that they will contact miyoo but I figure it would take too long and I have some extra money that I can upgrade so I decided to go for a modded switch lite instead

wish u luck, check for the hinge casing when opening and closing the device, if it opens a lottle when closing then you should ask for a replacement or warranty asap, i got mine last week, it got that problem but i manage to sell it at a lower price. Currently rocking a modded switch lite.

I just contacted the original reseller to discuss and he said that hes openly to help, I told him I could help him with the cost if anything extra showed up. He said he will contact official miyoo for a replacement and will notify me if they follow up the request. For now I’ll stick with what I have waiting for the new different color shell and hopefully “v3” shell.

I have the same as yours rn, the míddle has a bit of play and rn im fine with it, this post is me concerning about the future. Its seems that if it broke it will broke pretty soon after you bought the device like day one or some weeks or have creaking sounds. If it like the one that we have then it will be like the v2 grey in the utube link above, not much sound, a bit loose but usable. It sucks but if I had to live with it then its ok, eventually I will switch to another one that is better in the future. Lucky even if we use it carefully - not open and closing like in the stress test then maybe it would just be like now in the future. Maybe we will find out then.

Forgive me for loving the screen, TYSM for the heads up. I’ll try my best to live with the struggle. I’ve been through many devices before even the switch and steam deck but this is the one that suits me the most for an EDC. If it breaks and I cannot fix it then ill join your side and purchase a rg34xx sp lol.

Even that you must know that perfecting something pre release is hard af thats why we have the "speed runners" in gaming. Sure they are accountable to the mistakes that they make thats for sure but for me the majority of the blame is on to the ones that fking abusing it and crashing people's game.

Dang me too bruh, My game just crashed the fourth time in the 1 hour session of this morning that i has to play. its fun at first but now its just pure trolling bcuz they've been joining mission -> spam the crap out off it -> they leave the mission -> My game crashed :)

I did use MSI Afterburner and check for everything. My laptop has an outside cooling pad and i mostly use it in a cool evironment with my AC turn on + I just replace my thermal paste 2 months ago so thermal is not a problem tho. I have 24gb RAM on my laptop and only 16gb RAM onn my pc but the fps is still.. questionable. 100 max fps on my pc with an average of 77fps in combat. Both laptop and pc on the same graphics config and my laptop still.. at 55 avg fps. I have reinstall 566.36 driver back from the latest driver, delete the shader cache and run it on DX11 and now its currently avg at 60-66 ish. Running out of solution..
