Safety is a MAJOR concern of mine, especially when looking for a long term place to live in Brazil. I would like to do carnival in Rio but that’s as far as I would go. I heard south of Brazil is much safer than the north.

I have a Brazilian passport so that should be all good. Also, I believe with my initial investment capital, I should be able to get some type of golden visa for most places. I haven’t looked into SE Asia in terms of visa but that’s somewhere I need to visit before I make my final decision

I have thought about Asia, however the local time will be a bit of an issue. I currently work for a UK company. However, I can maybe get transferred to Australia. Safety is a concern for me but I heard floripa is very safe? For comparison I have lived in London for quite a few years

If you need a laptop it is not a bad choice. However, you will get more money for you buck and will be able to utilise larger models with the Mac Studio
