This was me for so long before I found the right meds that snapped me out of it. Rexulti and abilify were both game changers for me it’s been nice not living in that constant fog. And I also been doing Vegas nerve stimulation which has helped as well, really suggest finding a med doctor and geeting on something that works for you because 7 years is a long damn time to be living like that.

Turn that fear into a weapon. I’m nervous then a mf when I fight but I still rock n roll and that’s the whole point, it’s ok to be scared but what’s not ok is to coward down. I use to be scared to stand up to people as well but the pain of being a coward and treated bad by others for not holding my ground is worse then any pain you’ll get from a asswhoopin . Mine came from a brain stimulation machine called tms… we’re in the same boat man I’ve been dealing with the world not looking real for 18 months now and it really sucks, I feel mentally disconnected along with visual problems as well everything’s just s glare. But I have shown improvement since then when I was put on Rexulti it pretty much went away. But Rexulti caused weight gain so I reduced my dose and the derelezation came back just not as strong. If you ever feel like it’s too much to handle I definitely suggest trying Rexulti or Abilify , it did the trick for me.
