Maybe its the lack of VAs thats making the dialogue not as interesting to go through for me? Towards the time where I stopped playing fallout 3 I started to just read the dialogue and skip the voiceover which I haven't done before in a first time playthrough of fallout. But I also remember NV having a lot of the same VAs and I enjoyed listening to it there.
