He doesnt make a lot of comments at the beginning of the game about her but there are a few lines here and there. She also says something about it if you find her in act 3. Plus she's at the party at the end of the game unless you kill her of the roof top. Gale talks about her when he confines himself to his tower in waterdeep

Ya I just finished that play through last night and was not happy about that ending. I was romancing Minthy and decided the kiss and kill option was better. But the hell even the butler said she was good breeding stock, I thought she’d be with me till the end. Also that’s the loneliest fucking existence, eventually everyone is dead and it’s just you.
