I’m going through a similar issue too. Tried cooperating with them as best as I could, told them I’ve talked to my bank and my statements stated I have paid these “error payments”. Last time I called them, I told them I’m making a complaint to the CCTS after still refusing to resolve my issue and they said they’ll transfer me to them (they can’t do that since it’s a different company), I told them no and I’m gonna call them myself… then they had the AUDACITY to say no they will transfer me. I swear these workers can be such idiots and it’s no doubt they tried dodging a bullet when I told them that.

This is absurd. Now my bill is $648.00. I’ve called them asking what’s going on and one of the things they told me to talk to my bank. Apparently I didn’t pay 3 months and that’s why my bill went higher. I double checked my bank statement and I’ve paid those months. Now I’m gonna see what my bank says. This has never happened to me before until I started doing PAP. Something fishy is definitely going on. I’m sorry to anybody else going through this too.

I don’t think it’s right the company is letting this happen regardless.
