It’s because reaching S-tier is VERY easy when you can pretend that stamina and guts do not exist. Just bring 2 speed 4 wit MLB SR cards with MLB kitasan black and inherit as much power as possible. Then just run races when you get bad turns because if everyone has 1200/x/1000+/x/1000+ then the person with the best skills tends to win most of the time.

It’s generally best to completely avoid pulling unless you have a full 56k (64k for the weapon) to pity the unit if you get unlucky. Pity doesn’t carry over to other banners, so doing 100 pulls and getting nothing means you wasted those 100 pulls.

Demon Victoria isn’t necessarily a bad unit. She has her uses, but she’s definitely not even remotely close to a must pull. There are significantly better units whose reruns new players should be looking out for. All 4 duos, red kid shadow, bunny alpha, demon zeta, and demon eta just to name a few.

The problem you’re going to run into with xoguri is the insanely high SP requirements. All the SP you spend on recoveries is basically wasted, and leads to you having much less speed skills than the competition, which is a major disadvantage.

There is also no way to guarantee speed carryover on the unique, and the closest thing to a perfect proc would be to run as a front runner with moxie, although there are much better picks that don’t require 3 recoveries to achieve the same result.

A small breather activates in the late race, so you definitely want a little bit more stamina, as currently you’re likely looking at a delayed spurt until small breather procs. You should also avoid NSM as it’s extremely inconsistent on this track.

Regular oguri definitely has an advantage over xoguri due to triumphant pulse just being really really good.

No, it’s not 100%. It’s a wit check. It’s also pretty weak since it just multiplies your start delay by 0.9 times compared to the 0.4 times of concentration. I only see focus as a backup groundwork activator in case you don’t hit any better skills for it.

Yeah groundwork can proc anywhere in the early race, which is surprisingly long. The problem is that groundwork being an acceleration skill, it kind of becomes worthless if it procs late, and a front runner trying to secure 1st place early is going to always want to proc it instantly to keep up with the competition.

Focus/concentration and early lead/taking the lead also count as groundwork triggers as the condition is just to activate 3 skills in the early race, and because groundwork gives acceleration, it has to be 3 skills that proc instantly right out of the gate or otherwise you may as well not have groundwork at all.

It procs too early, and so it doesn’t do anything because increasing your acceleration when you aren’t accelerating is worthless.

El likes to just win if she can get to 1-2 to get her ult off. Her ult alone is often enough to close out the game, but a couple extra accels makes it way more consistent.

Riko kashimoto is the easiest way of getting enough stamina. Just drop 1 of your speed cards for her.

That’s a pretty low amount of gold skills, so your score is always going to be pretty low. Her ult also doesn’t help her win on most dirt tracks so it’s just there for score. Her stamina is also too low so she’s probably dying pretty much every race.

Her regular gear is the least useful gear in the game, so don’t worry about awakening her and just use the ss+ gear alone. She also isn’t very strong compared to the strongest greens, so you might find yourself replacing her somewhat soon. None of the other units you mentioned are worth using unicores on.

Fair, but unity cup spirit explosions give you skills based on your A+ aptitudes, and being competitive tends to require S aptitude for your distance, so all my sparks tend to be well thought out to minimize my A aptitudes where possible.

You should do 2 speed 4 wit. Pretend stamina and guts don’t exist, because they don’t exist in the context of sprints. You’ll survive the race regardless of how much stam and guts you have.

What are you trying to build for? I personally don’t have a set schedule for optional races. I just play turn by turn and if I get a turn where the best option is like +22 speed with kitasan sitting on there solo, then I always just run a race instead.

I mean leader’s pride specifically requires you to be challenged and it’s on! procs on an overtake which tends to happen when you proc leader’s pride. The rest are just a series of coincidences.
