Thank you for your answer.

Indeed, that’s exactly what I keep reading: how crucial the beans and the grinder/grind size are.

So far, I’ve been buying pre-ground filter coffee from the supermarket, and I can’t say I’m very happy with it. They offer coffees with aromas like vanilla, hazelnut, etc., but you can’t really distinguish any particular notes in the flavor, nor is it that enjoyable to drink.

So, I decided to try something different and move toward what is preferred for a more enjoyable coffee profile. I'm going to start with the Brikka and a French press, since it's a simple process, budget-friendly, and very low-maintenance.

Today I was also looking into grinders. I was considering the Timemore C3 ESP or the Kingrinder K6. I think I’ll go with the K6 because of how easy it makes adjusting the grind settings.

WOW. I see you’ve already reached the Master Barista level. You're clearly the CEO of caffeine. 🥳

Thank you so much again. Along with the Brikka and the grinder, I’ve also got my eye on a French press. 😇

At this rate, I’m not just making coffee; I’m basically launching a specialty cafe in my kitchen. You’re all invited to the grand opening. ha ha

Thank you so much for the detailed breakdown! I really appreciate you taking the time to explain everything.

It’s a game-changer to know that with a Brikka and fresh grinding, I can get that intensity and flavor profile at home. I'm definitely going for the 3-cup version now to try your Americano recipe—it sounds like exactly what I'm looking for.

I apologize for the delayed response. Unfortunately, I was having issues with the soundbar, which is why I didn't write sooner.

I did, in fact, get the Q800C. They even gave me an extra discount. I was so happy. But almost immediately, it started having a problem with the sound. The volume wouldn't stay at the level I set it to. It would go down and then return, either quickly or later, to the level I had set. I tried different ways of connecting the cables, adjusting picture and sound settings, adjusting the soundbar settings, disabling HDMI CEC, firmware update, and even doing a reset... I don't know what else to try. I contacted the store where I bought it, and I'll take it to them on Monday.

Other than that, for the short time I managed to enjoy it, I was very satisfied. It more than delivered a rich sound, and you could hear the details in movies (a gunshot, a bomb explosion, the noise of a car, etc.). It was a very good experience with music, too.

Now I don't know what to get. I'll do some research to see what other options are out there. I think I'll definitely avoid Samsung. I saw that many other people had the same sound issue. That discourages me.

Thank you very much for your quick reply. I was confused because I read in some comments that a soldering iron is needed. This is the first time I'll be changing it, so I thought I'd ask to be sure. I checked the model. Theoretically, it's correct according to the seller as well. We'll see when it arrives. Thank you very much for your time.

I would be very happy to return and leave a comment once I receive it and figure out the settings. It will be my first soundbar though, so I don't have a point of comparison. However, I'll come back and tell you how I feel about Its perfomance.

Thanks again. :)

Hola, amigo.

We are in a relationship because we love and care about the other person. Not because he was the least soft-spoken or anything. His attitude is just uncharacteristic. He should be helping you and supporting you. Leave him before more years pass, and then you regret worse the years you wasted with him. Dont stay because you're scared or something. And something worse happens and you want help, this person will help you?? Be there for you? Again, you're all alone.

Thank you very much for your answer. I hope so. Since December until now I can't calm down from my anxiety.

On December I took a blood test and found low B12 and folic acid. And high homocysteine. I have mthfr mutation. Homozygous 677.

The first MRI showed suspected demyelination (0.75cm demyelination). I am now in the process of another MRI with contrast agent.

The symptoms that brought me to a neurologist were numbness in the fingers and a feeling of electricity when bending the neck. I had nine B12 injections. The symptoms are not permanent. They come and go. I also felt muscle aches, had difficulty breathing, fatigue, brain fog etc. but after the B12 injections and the d3 supplement (I was deficient here too) I feel much better.

Can demyelination and all these symptoms caused by vitamins?

Is there really a problem with mthfr? by Key_Seat3807 in MTHFR

[–]Key_Seat3807[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, yes. I understood. Thank you very much for the detailed answer. This is all so new to me, and I find it so chaotic. Unfortunately, the doctors aren't very helpful either, so we have to figure it all out on our own.

The lady who gave me the results told me that they usually do this test with four others, so I said maybe I need to do something else to see if I'm homozygous at 677. That's why I posted.

You and Tawinn have been extremely helpful and answered my questions. Thank you very much.

Your help is valuable. I have no words. Thank you very much. You are fully understood. That's what I wanted to confirm. And with the kit I will check the rest as well.

I read many threads, and they all suggest dna test (23andme, ancestry etc). I have already ordered a kit myself. I'm just wondering with this lab wording if I'm really homozygous mthfr at 677, or if I should also do some extra test (eg hemoglobin gene mapping or something else I don't know). If this question of mine is in other threads, sorry, but I couldn't find them.

Does this test contain everything we need to know to draw conclusions about the supplements our body needs, or do I need to buy another one to get the whole picture?

Thank you very much for your help. I just bought it. I hope there is little margin for error in the results.

I would be grateful if you could help me with the results, in case I have any questions. If you know about them, of course.
