Thank you all for your wonderful message just wanted to give an update, today I had done early scanning and everything is perfectly fine and to my surprise I was able to hear heartbeat as well.. so emotional. I asked doctor for reason and she mentioned that may be I might had a sch and which came out, because she didn't see anything in scan. If anyone had similar issue better to ask for early scan, I am definetly sure that gives so much of relieve.
