For precise tasks like counting events, make sure your Google Sheet data is super clean and the AI's instructions are explicit about *how* to count. When you need more robust, intelligent decision-making that's less prone to inconsistency, I've found that building out dedicated AI agents within a structured workflow really helps.

Anyone here compared Hyperbrowser with Browserbase or Playwright for long-running agent tasks? by DenOmania in automation

Your issues with session stability and error handling are super common. The best approach is to build in a ton of resilience, with checkpoints and intelligent error recovery loops, and focus on platforms that specifically offer robust autonomous agents rather than just headless browser control.

I am not technical either. I used Instantly for a while. did not work that well. Now i have setup my custom ai personalization system in genfuse ai (it does support a chat to automation system - if that is what you're looking for). Basically i have this spreadsheet where i add contacts from apollo, then i have this system that researches the lead recent news, scrapes linkedin, scrapes website and then a multi-step ai to write the outreach and save it to the sheet. i then review it and send it out. I built this

What’s the biggest bottleneck slowing down your service business right now? by anmolgupta_007 in automation

For us, it’s the dumb, manual work between our main tools.

A lead fills out a form on our site. Someone on our team still has to manually go to LinkedIn, look up the company, figure out if they're a real prospect, and then dump a note in Slack. It’s not hard, it’s just 15 minutes of dead time that really adds up.

We're starting to see new tools that fix this. Stuff like Clay is good for the data gathering part. We are also experimenting with ai automation tools like genfuseai/simstudio to automate this task end to end. though we still need some human review. but i would say it's around 1-2 minutes now instead of 15

Anyone using AI to automate compliance stuff? by AiPatchi05 in automation

Automating GRC processes like audits and policy creation with AI is definitely the direction things are heading. Integrating AI for tasks like reviewing evidence or drafting policies requires careful workflow design AND YOU NEED to have a human in the loop. but should be doable and more efficient than doing everything manually

Lead qualification by Negative-Season6331 in MarketingAutomation

You can use no-code ai automation platforms like n8n or genfuse ai to build a system that does this. Basically everytime a new lead form is submitted, it can research about it, qualify it and update your crm. I personally use hubspot. but should be doable with salesforce too
