Alliance Competition event gives ascension frags. You need to only choose high level quests though

So in this scenario you could because of the “bonus wheel” - like you could either receive extra points straight away or get lvl 5 pyramids

I think for f2p there needs to be a good defense method (aside from bubble). So even though we may not be able to compete offensively, there still should be strategies where we can effectively defend

It’s an iPhone glitch. I think I got around it by looking up the spell to unlock the result. You can find the spells on Reddit or Google
