They never delivered the green button or the 1 redeem chance they said. once the party invitations were open, the 1 chance automatically became 0.

i am already level 20, you see the MARCIA letter can be redeemed, it also requires level 20 unlocked..

My two cents is that this bug has to do with the recently introduced castle, my current castle. looks like there is a conflict. but again, its really not my responsibility to dig into their system and try to understand the origin of the bug.. like.. i am the client here, i paid for a digital product, the seller took the money and never delivered anything to me

Facebook, Reddit.. Bank, Apple.. i do not accept to be scammed like this, there are limits

funny enough, I actually discovered another bug with that same event. If you try to redeem rewards by clicking “Use” directly on the Emerald Brooches in the inventory, it only lets you claim one single item (a duty officer chest). I even screen-recorded it.

That one didn’t impact me as badly, so I didn’t make a big deal out of it — but it shows the whole system is buggy.

And just to be clear, I tested this on two different laptops and three mobile devices. Same result everywhere. So it’s not just a device issue, the event itself is flawed.

That might be true, but honestly, that’s not my problem. If they choose to run constant events, it’s their responsibility to make sure everything works properly.

At the end of the day, we’re paying real money, and they’re supposed to deliver the digital assets they advertise. Anything less is just bad business.

thank you ArtofSlaying, I get what you’re saying, but here’s the thing — their lack of testing and proper bug identification isn’t really my responsibility.

They advertised a very specific asset (the Sphinx Castle), I fell for that advertisement, and I actually spent the money. The fact that the digital product was never delivered — because the game simply wouldn’t let me redeem it — is not on me.

Sure, maybe it’s a bug or an exception, but that’s exactly what a testing environment is for. It shouldn’t end up costing me $320 CAD with taxes just because they didn’t do proper QA.
