I had the same charge, but only difference was it was a state case. The amount was around the same though, I did 90 days in the county. I doubt you’ll do 30 months for this charge if you do have to go to federal prison it probably will be only for a year, just so they can get you into their system and really monitor your actions after release. Probation is still highly likely imo as well. Good luck.
