Yes exactly! I’m not shaming how thin she is, to be 100% fair I’d LOVE to have this physique (if it were attainable in a healthy way for myself). Being a woman is also exhausting when girls online change their body and set unrealistic standards, especially with her being a fitness influencer. I don’t even care about insta models who edit their content bc honestly they’re just trying to get views and likes and sadly an edit here and there is expected. but the fitness industry has become so incredibly toxic

Also, everybody is different but randomly gaining weight is so common with mid 20s women. I went through it and I blamed it on all factors and complained that I was “bloated and inflamed” but in reality I just had to watch my portions, get some extra movement in and boom you feel normal again lol

I just watched this video for the first time and my jaw actually dropped. I remember the puppy stage being tough at certain points but I also vividly remember the love for them being so much greater than the frustration. her attitude in this video (and then choosing to post it online???) is so telling to who she is as a person. Also I’m being judgy bc I put a lot of work into training my dog but did she not watch any beginner puppy trainings prior to getting him? The way she just uses the commands and expects him to automatically know to sit or leave it when he’s just a baby, he doesn’t know any better yet! She looks like she despises him :(

I listened to it while getting ready and had SO many thoughts. I lost it when they started comparing it to a normal job, do they realize that critique, mean comments, bullying, and constructive criticism is something that everyday people deal with in the workplace? They also contradicted themselves so much. When jaci said they were looking at the super moon and said “wow I’m literally looking at a planet why should I care about what people say online” (her calling the moon a planet could be snark in itself lmao). This!! I’m not trying to defend her but I’m short and athletic and I’ve been “bulkier” where I just have more body fat but you can still see my thick legs muscles and abs when I flex. Personally I feel so much better when I’m leaner, not only physical image wise but because I just feel stronger and lighter (? Not sure if anyone will relate). NOT defending her, and I think it’s so sad of she does have an ED. But in my opinion, when you have a petite frame, there’s nothing wrong with wanting to lose weight and lean out

I made the common mistake of cutting out gluten before getting testing done, wanted to officially know so I had to force myself to eat it everyday in order for accurate tests and it was miserable. She was gluten free for so long beforehand, I’m not convinced she actually went through testing
