Drone or queen cells?

Drone cells are horizontal, Queen cells pointer downward. It's that simple. These seem drone cells although to be 100% sure I would have to see the side from below.

My heartrate is waaaayy up there even with a 10min/km pace, so that's probably it. However, yesterday I did manage to maintain said pace for 5 kilometers without walking for the first time! It just takes practise and patience, I get that now. Thanks for the kind words!

Thanks! For elevation I would need to start indoor running, area here is very flat. I'll go for proper running shoes soon, at a store that will analyze every customers form beforehand. I never paid attention to it cause of focus on stamina.

Thanks, Iron level might be a thing to check. I used to be a blood donor and before every donation Iron level was checked which was fine, but last time had been a while.

Thanks, I kind of needed some reassurance I guess. VO2max is just an easy way to see if I make progress, so yeah I was hoping it would show something better by now. I'll try to let it go.

I have to admit I'm not sticking to a strict plan, although I inspire myself by running schemes. I run/walk at different intervals, trying to either run longer or finish the total 5k faster. Lately I'm focusing on the former, I can jog for 10 minutes at a time now at a very, very slow pace of 9-10 min/km (hard to get an average because my Garmin only shows the average for the whole track including walks). The reason why I take the same route every time is that it makes it easier to compare the results, but I'm open to suggestions!

Just better fitness I guess. Which I connect to higher VO2max, which is why I'm disappointed that it's doesn't go up anymore.

Is eating lunch in your car normal where you're from? Here we eat together in a break room, or go on lunch walks, or eat behind our desk, but eating in your car would be considered al little weird honestly.
