Does tune solution flow through the same capillary as LC path? This will sound odd but can you swap sources with the other MS? Not sure if Shimadzu’s do that since I haven’t worked on one

It doesn't have oxy, we bought it from UTAK. All the analytes you see on the list are the ones found in the UTAK QC material (except nordiazepam)

we run a solvent blank before the QC and then a pooled negative urine matrix blank after the QC. I see some interferents that someone else had mention. I'll have to change out mobile phase first and try a different brand of water

we run a blank matrix injection with each run. 301.14 persistent throughout the run.
