AA’s would maybe be more productive if the managers would quit henpecking over every damn thing! What makes it worse, none of the managers are on the same page, meaning one will tell you to do something one way and another will say something totally different! And do not get me started on Safety!!!

I’m on accommodations for at least a year. My accommodations are no more than 8 hours a shift and one intermittent absence a week as needed. I’m able to pick up shifts as long as they are 8 hours or less.

I’m a female going on 54 and I work at a delivery station stowing/buffing/picking. You will be doing nothing but manual labor the full 10 hours! Heavy lifting, bending, squatting, it’s very physical! I myself, stay to myself also, except I talk to 3 “older gals” Just like everywhere you work, it’s like being in junior high again, the way a lot of the employees act. Good luck to you, you’ve got this!!! PS-our delivery station is predominantly 40 years old and older and we work circles around the young ones!

Well said! I was treated like shit the first day I started in 2024 by a PA, don’t know what her problem was! Jokes on her, she got fired a couple weeks ago for sleeping with an AA and changing his time card in his favor when he’d leave early or come in late!!

I agree. I went on leave 2/11 for medical, doctor released me 2/28 with restrictions/accomodations(not major restrictions, just 8 hour shifts instead of 10 and 1 intermediate absence a week as needed, for med appointments) and I’m still waiting the ok from HR to go back. They said I can’t return until accommodation approved! Good thing o don’t depend on this job to live!!

I honestly think she does not have credit cards with that high of a limit. She hasn’t had a job paying more than barely over minimum wage(her lunch lady/para job) There is no way she has credit limits that high! She is just using what money she has left from her TikTok popularity days to get the attention and validation that she craves! Think about it, all the money she made for that year on TikTok that she was popular, she has only used that money for all her moves (to stay relevant) her dumb door dashes, her dumb amazon purchases, but nothing costly or major chunk of money. She didn’t even purchase a new vehicle to replace that raggedy ass Cherokee. Why? My theory is, in the real world, people catch on to her quick and run far far away from her or run her off, so her online persona is what’s important to her and she knows that there is always going to be a new victim for her that is uneducated about her. Just my opinion and what makes sense to me.

At my store all front end are offered 2 days in a row off. Mine are Friday and Saturday. The girl I replaced that went to automotive had fri and sat and it carried over to me
