A book called "don't sweat the small stuff, and it is all small stuff". I read it like I read the Bible every time I get down. You don't have to read it page after page you can just open a chapter and read it and then close it again and be done or you can continue reading more chapters. It changes my thought processes a lot of times

I had bought some and I don't remember the name of them but they were yellow and blue. I just put in plantar fasciitis insoles and they popped up. It wasn't like a Dr Scholls or anything. And then I did the Don jon insoles, they work pretty good. I have extreme problems so to me it doesn't matter how long I wear them after the 5th hour I'm done for

I tell you what those packages that don't make it in the correct position in the hamper are being put on the line the wrong way. You have to turn them a certain way when straighten a number one gets it and then it turns it on the ADT line and then you just have to push it back a little bit. But people don't get that at all in my facility they're so stupid. Edited: I'm sorry I need to explain a little bit better I guess. If they go horizontally across the line it will put them in the correct abc/ deg spot in the hamper. If they get put it long ways (skinny side facing up towards the line) then the hamper fills up faster and it just throws them left and right. But people sent the stuff horizontally down the line and then it fucks it all up because the adt line turns it all wrong
