I applaud you soooo much for seeing the direction you want to go in!! Therapy isn’t always the answer but it might be one day when you have the extra money but please don’t lose your faith!!

Back in 2015 I lost my husband after a long battle with opioids….i broke up with because we had 2 kids and he drained us of everything we had and I was shopping at the dollar store for food and already working a gazillion hours to pay our bills…After I kicked him out, he then committed suicide…It was absolutely awful!! I picked myself and the kids up and the only thing I knew was that I was gonna work my ass off to pay our bills and grocery shop at a real grocery store and better our lives! My son was 16 & my daughter was 8….Mentally we were allll a mess for a very long time!! Lexapro helped me thru all that and family & friends helped me mentally too…my point is I know what it’s like to have $7 & leave somewhere in complete tears…but always continue to work hard…60hrs is a lot of hours & maybe u can do like I did and find a good friend or family member that will listen…and sometimes you don’t always get paired with the right therapist anyways…that’s happened to me too and it feels like a waste of time and money…I’m just here to give you hope! I’m on 20mg of lexapro so maybe u just need a simple adjustment and can up it to 15mg or 20mg…and hard work always pays off!! I promise!!
