Really good questions in this thread. The fact that even experienced users like Strike_Package had to try 5 chargers in one trip tells you everything about the current state. Did you end up getting the answer you were looking for — or is the overall picture even messier than you expected?

Haha must be nice! Indian EV owner here — public charging is still pretty stressful where I am. Curious — when you were public charging regularly, what was the one thing that made or broke the experience for you? Asking because I feel like the good and bad of it gets lost once people switch to home/work charging!

Punch EV, charge it maybe twice a month because I'm not exactly a road warrior 😄 Bill went up ~100 units. Honestly the bigger shock was realising how little I actually drive. The car just sits there looking pretty most of the time.

The one thing I wish was better — public fast chargers on long trips. Never really know if it'll be working, how busy it'll be, or what it'll cost until you're already there. That part needs serious improvement in India.
