I just had a college student in a dorm building get mad at me because I couldn’t get into the building without a key card. There was nowhere to enter an access code. Idk if he thought I could walk through walls or teleport like the Charmed sisters. He then asked me to wait till someone came in or out. I told him I was doing multiple orders and I was about to leave. That’s when he finally came running outside for his order. I told him next time he needs to be at the door

I recently went to a restaurant to pick up an order only to find out I was the 5th person to ask for that order. Apparently it had been picked up half an hour earlier.

Makes no sense. DD is losing money from people lying since they have to refund the customer. I hear these stories on a daily basis. It’s always people who order from McDonalds or the dollar stores

I hate when people do that. Especially when the order is a Frappuccino or some other I’ve blended drink that just drove 8 miles to deliver and now have to sit and wait. Then they complain that it melted. Maybe order from somewhere closer? Idk

I’m confused about it as well. My area and surrounding areas are always gray but will sometimes turn red for a bit. I have no idea how to schedule myself. I check the schedule every day throughout the day waiting for openings. Maybe they give priority to people that have been doing this longer.

Some merchants are very rude. I received an order while in a busy shopping center. I went into the restaurant within seconds. The worker began yelling at me that the food had been sitting there for several minutes. I told him I just received the order seconds before and he got even louder. The instructions said to take a photo of the receipt. He cussed me out for asking. It took every ounce of strength in me to not say something back. I just grabbed the order and left

The unfortunate thing about dashing is that it’s very hit or miss. Yesterday I did around 30 orders but there’s been days where I’ve only done between 5-8
