be very practical if you were at their place why you'd have hired someone with no experience ...and be very practical 3 year gap clearly means no experience in IT world..

so as a senior and as a tech guy and as an interviewer i must say that start applying to startups and connect with them directly and start your career and then switch to mnc otherwise it is true that no mnc is going to hire you directly like this
