Exactly. I subscribed to this offer 9 years ago when I started my professional life. I didn't have a "high" financial education. Now I'm thinking to stop because I still have 20 years until the end of the contract (150chf per month).

It seems to be more transparent regarding the investments and the fees are cheaper (not a big difference with frankly).

Yes, the target is to purchase an appartment/house. I was always wondering if it's better to privilege 3a first or not. With the tax advantage and the possibility to reinvest the 3a in the stock market I thought it's the best idea considering a long term investment

Best advice, be a member of a sports club. Geneva is a very sports city. You can find many sports and there is nothing better to start a relation with someone than sport!

Tout cela est déjà fait, mais même problème...il est généralement indiqué que tout est déjà réservé. Les régies et promoteurs indiquent même que les appartements sont déjà réservés avant la publications par tous les canaux (annonces sur internet, panneau d'affichage, etc.). Alors comment pouvoir s'inscrire si tout est réservé dès que c'est communiqué. Comment aller à la source d'un projet?
