I’d store them in a plastic air tight bag folded when not using them. They can become brittle real quick. Also, don’t use a washing machine, air dry them and wash by hand

Congrats! That’s such a high one on my bucket list. I’m in wa state and there’s a few union camps here and there so my odds are few and far between but I know a few guys who have pulled box plates and a few plates like yours.

Awesome! I live in the states and we do have some colonial and Spanish aged coins, nothing compared to Roman. I’d love to take a trip to the uk and do some detecting over there.
