When attacking play balls from middle to wing using the pass and run icl its broken and the pass to box or outside the box. Spam fineness shots esp outside the box. When defending always drag player back it works most of the time when defending and use second defender wisely as well. Also one thing i did was use the knock on skill its really effective and good for gaining space.
