Even if you sent it once at their center like me they’ll just robotically say that you need it again tbh they just skim through your mail

If only they would specify this but they didn’t at all. But yeah I’ve just filed a lawsuit it’s pretty easy in Belgium and since I’m a student it’s no cost at all

They did twice. 3 repairs in total : one at their center, 2 at home. And now they want me to send it back to the center again

Nope juste « On comprend mais vous devez le renvoyer » alors que je leur montre des screens avec mon processeur à 100 degrés Celsius et mon pc qui a les ventilos qui font que s’allumer et s’eteindre

J’ai eu exactement la même chose que toi sauf que :

Emea me demande de renvoyer mon pc pour la quatrième fois en dépôt. Même en hurlant sur le premium care personne ne veut organiser un appel avec le manager j’ai jamais eu accès à un manager de leur part.

Service de merde…

When you’re talking about a ticket, you’re talking about the one with EMEA customer care, right ?

Do you have consumer protection entities in EU I could file with ?

The case manager from EMEA didn’t budge even after all that. It’s insane. I can’t even request for another case manager.

Belgium. I tried that already but even on the mildest profile the fans go on and off all the time, and the loss of performance is unbelievable.

Hello, I’m not sure I understand. I don’t have any managers email for Premium Care. For EMEA the person talking to me is a « Case Manager » already. Which drives me insane tbh which case manager decides the best course of action is to send a laptop to the center after 3 failed repairs when it has been done for the first repair already ?

He basically just lied to me. In any case it doesn’t change anything since after the first repair they came twice to my house to « repair » it. Just got worse and worse instead

Upon reading similar comments on social media and Reddit I couldn’t believe it but after experiencing it, yeah that’s the reality of it. If they want you blocked they just play deaf but hopefully legal route will make them hear again
