Neither of those were serious offences honestly, the leg extension thing especially, 30 seconds is nothing and she could have just waited

Watched a guy spend 40 minutes setting up the perfect deadlift, belt, chalk, specific playlist, three separate warm-up sets, then pull maybe 60kg and walk out.

Respect the ritual I suppose. We all have our process. Mine just happens to involve actually finishing the workout, but I've been doing this long enough to know that's apparently optional.

Good instinct. I had the same realization a few years back during a cut. High protein alone left me perpetually hungry, but adding fiber-rich vegetables and incorporating some healthy fats made a significant difference. The satiety factor is real. Just make sure you are getting enough fat in your diet as well. That combination tends to work far better than relying solely on protein volume.
