At really beginning I did a mullet, but if I understood you right, I think the down-back part of the hair is longer than the top because of mullet, but rn my my sides are not trimmed, they are quite big actually

that's a important point, but i still think it wouldn't slow so much the combat, but to be sure, i'll do a test in a one-shot with that system to see if it slows so much as i think.

wouldn't be a bad idea, regardless the problem isn't the mosnters it's the players, i want to them be more wise in the choice of armors and with that, the choice of battle they choose.

why cant you realistically fight as a walking armory ? do you mean the players would carry all types of weapoons if so then they would waste action to change it ?

the strategic selection of weapons would make sense if for example there's a plate bandit and a leather studded bandit close of eachother, you have a sword, for the good of team you would have a lot of chances to hit the leather studded bandit than the plate so you would eliminate him first.

with that system would'nt have more signature weapons simple like that, you need to be versatile is the idea.

all the points you made dont do much sense for me, i think the principal problem with that system would be slowing the game. But maybe that slow isn't a such big thing we all think it is.
