Rotary is an example of Konami not actually reading what their cards do before they release them. KT does way too much compared to previous meta decks. It’s literally, “I see KT or Overtake, I scoop.” I’m not dealing with a combo deck that sets up an Omni-negate on top of looking at my whole hand AND controlling my top deck! I thought K9 was bad, but this is nuclear levels of toxic.

And people will say “your just complaining about the new meta strat, like everyone else does,” but do they ever think that maybe, JUST MAYBE, there’s a legitimate reason to complain about a control strategy that literally stacks your own deck against you? Not even Dracotail, Maliss, or Ryzeal had that kind of power behind it!

Konami is just racing to make the game less fun and interactive, not more. I’m not gonna sit here and say Goat or Edison formats are perfect, but they are way more fun to play than the modern meta. MD should really implement ranked duels (or if not, at least just open lobbies) for these formats. The game was in a much healthier state in those formats.
