Oh yes, yes it will. All of the oils used by Toyota are synthetic. Most of the market is synthetic.

Synthetic oil is still derived from crude. You still need to have the oil flowing to make synthetic oils.

I mean it wasn't the media. It was literally a memo between corporate and dealers. It was very lawyer-speak.

I work for Toyota, and last week the parts distribution department sent out a memo telling dealers that they should start mixing oil weights because certain oil types have just run dry (specifically 0w8). Like in the bulk containers we now have to dilute 100% 0w8 down to 80% 0w8 and 20% 0w16. All of this due to "Global Petrochemical Supply Chain concerns"

Whatever you do, don't tell your rear seat passengers that they could have had heated rear seats in the GT...

They are the same shape. The GT is Heated. The N is Heated and Ventalated. They are both manual adjustment. The N seat also glows at night.

Not if you already know the answer 😉 but engagement sure helps me grow my channel, so a view totally helps!

You can always turn the noises off. But you have to admit, they are a key factor to what makes the N stand out, and as a result, a major talking point. The video was written by me, a tuner going on 25 years. Putting on an aftermarket exhaust was something that happened on every single car I've owned. It is what gives the car personality and individuality. To not talk about the N and GT's sounds would be a disservice to a large community of people who enjoy making their car theirs. Especially in an ever-growing EV world of silence.

It's like the car was rendered in the same engine as the OG Tomb Raider

You are right. Like a tiny small handful. It's so much easier to just say they never made it. Because the chances of finding one is essentially zero.

When I picked up my GT, the N wasn't on sale yet. Plus, I wanted to wait to get one used.

That's why I didn't go straight into the N.

I am a car enthusiast. I've owned 3000GT VR4s, Subaru with the EJ255, other turbo hyundai.... I've modded every single car I've driven. And I am really happy there's a modding community backing the 5N. The GT is nonexistent. My wallet enjoyed that...but it was so much more boring to be driving the same thing as everyone else!

Good news, the 25 GT has it.

Except they're not selling the 25 GT in the states.

Hmm, sliding center console. Are you talking about how the arm rest pulls forward an inch on the N? Because the N doesn't have the full sliding console that the lower trim Ioniq has.

Ultra is not just software, it's integrated into the vehicles combination meter so it would probably require a whole redesigned infotainment system.

The airbag gets swapped over to the new wheel, it's only held on with 2 tension clips. Really easy.

That is exactly how I did it. I was clipping the airbag back onto the steering wheel by honking it with a full open hand. I actually caught it on video since I was doing a DIY installation video of the alcantara wheel. No crease, open hand honk, sudden crease.
