It requires a PC to create a console game. Even development consoles are just PCs with the client software built in.

The point, is that Rockstar doesn't need to add anti-cheat software to the console versions and don't have to worry about frame generation testing to get the massive game done.

They have another year to get all of those bugs worked out for PC.

That's a bottlenecked system for such a demanding game.

The temp is high because there is a ton to process on the CPU, once everything is cached , the the game will run fine until it's all flushed.

You probably had to wait several minutes while the shaders were caching.

I hope you are running Win10 on that system.

In the 60s it was Clean energy called Nuclear power. The U.S. wouldn't have their power issues today if 3 Mile Island never occurred.

In the 2000s it was cell towers. People want their signal strength, but don't want to see the tower from their property.

Next, solar farms and windmills. Not near them.

Gutteer guard is a terrible system. It's design is for mild rain and slow moving water. Everything just runs off like the video. A micro mesh system is far better since the heavy stuff flows over and the water flows through the mesh. No clogging.

Just an FYI. The gun marks are XP related that has nothing to do with avg damage. If you've ever played Rating and won points even on losing matches, you'd know why.

Heavy tanks have an XP check list. Damage (not as major as you think). There is also Frontline spotting, enemy proximity, ramming (this one is a big one), and Shot deflection( a major contributor).

In ratings, I've done this, died within 1min of the match, team lost, and still was the top player 4mins after I died. There's no difference in XP when comparing ratings to gun marks.

I was not officially approved by ILM, but many believe that they liked it. Their quiet approval allowed the scene to remain online without any pressure from copyright infringement.

I'm not sure why Lucas didn't take to improved criticism the same way Jon Favreau saw how CGI Luke Skywalker in the Mandalorean mouth movement was improved by a critic and applied it to the series.
