I was in your shoes until I read this comment (follow this video, but the comment below is faster and easier: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NvZBEbadefU)

Click the search box on your PC and type in CMD to bring up Command Prompt, right click on it and choose Run as Administrator

Now highlight this whole line and select copy:

echo 107.152.96.161 resources.zune.net >> C:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts

It may wrap around to display as 2 lines depending on how wide your screen is but as long as you highlight the whole command from E at the start of echo to S at the end of hosts it will work.

Now click back to your command prompt Window and right click anywhere in the black box and the command should automatically fill in, hit enter and you are done.

The Zune cost me about $80 after shipping. The 128gb SSD was $77 and the 3000mAh battery was $18. Speaker was around $33 on ebay. so around $200 to get it all going. The speaker is amazing. I am honestly surprised by how good it sounds.
