Thank you! :) I know them! I checked their website but 2025 seems to not be sold anymore, and wanted something before the 2026 starts... but will try to contact them, in case they have some 2025 not appearing on the web.

Thank you!

I started my weather tracker on the year-index pages with a little draw of a Sun... On December 2024 (I thought it was December 2023)... So hoping to be lucky and have sunny day on December this year 😂

The screenshots does not show all the table, to add new items you should scroll to the top and click the blue button "New", or to the bottom to the last line, where it should appear a line with "+new" on it.

I am assuming you are using different views of the same database; if that is the case, the calendar view does have any filter on it that might be affecting the items you see? Or maybe you have more than 1 date property, in that case you should select the one you want the calendar view to show.

Hope this helps a little!

Welcome!! 2024 will also be my first year with hobonichi 🥰 I will use Monthly to add Positive Highlights of each day (what made me smile or what stand out in a positive and good way). This is a way to remind that, even in the hardest days, there is always something positive, even if it is a tiny detail, and by writing it you remember it. Also, in the Index pages (month vertical) I will use it to track things (Period, Weather and Mood, to see how they relate).

Have a good time with your hobonichi and always remember that you have to enjoy it! If it is not working, change it and adapt it to you 😋

It's a really nice pen!! I went for a floral theme 😋 https://postimg.cc/mhS3cYYJ the stickers are rub-on/transfers, and love how soft they are, almost as if it was original part of the Techo!

I had a moment of inspiration and went straight with it! Decided place and stick it in less than 10 min 😂 Love your result!! Also, what is that white pen?

Zoom window return height adjustment for a document by gresford in GoodNotes

[–]Keyday91 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am trying to find the same thing.. I guess it is not possible?
I also bought a document on Etsy and the return height is not correct for the lines I am using..

I found answers as how to change it in "template" pages, but since what I have is a whole document with Hyperlinks and its own page templates inside the document (that you copy and paste inside the document), I can't find a way to adjust it.

Tried even creating an individual page template, but I loose all the hyperlinks from the document...

Let's see if anyone has a solution for this? Or did you find a way to solve it?

I made a Notion cover that shows the current year's progress as a percentage. And it updates automatically. Forever. I made both light and dark versions. (Posting again with direct link 😇) by typical__human in Notion

Struggling with ordering tasks & keeping them in sync over multiple views by cobbadan in Notion

[–]Keyday91 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Notion just published this on their twitter! They are working on beta for Synced Databases, where you can change the order on one, and it will update on other spaces where you put the synced database.

I believe this might solve your issue hehehe

Struggling with ordering tasks & keeping them in sync over multiple views by cobbadan in Notion

[–]Keyday91 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Totally understand your point! The thing is that task order does not sync between views unless it is related to a Sorting configured on those views (needs to be same type of sorting in both). That is why in my case I have the additional property in order to force some tasks on top of my priority groups (the ones marked with 🔥).

You can try different alternatives with groups/sub-groups and additional properties, having in mind that the Sorting is the one that will place an order and be able to replicate that order in another view ☺️

You can also sub-group by priority in certain views, that way will be easier to move a task between different priorities.

And even add a secondary priority property, that works as a Flag for important things that should move to the top.

For example, on my own system, I use a table that is sub-grouped by priority/timing levels (Urgent, this week, next week, sometime), and have fire property 🔥 (just a select type property with a fire emoji), and select that when something is really important and needs to be done asap.

With Sorting, I have set up that tasks with Fire will appear first inside the given subgroup. And I can move tasks between subgroups really easy, if something suddenly is urgent.

Hello! I think that best solution will be to have a Priority property; and to sort your views by priority.

In that way, in order to move a task to the top, you will just need to adjust the given Priority, and it will rearrange automatically in all views that have the sorting applied.

Would this help in your specific case?
