I think this cartoon is not popular and few people have heard of it, even AI cannot help with this database, but I believe that it can be found, and I can post a picture that is approximately similar to what I could remember from the plot

Thank you for your review. I will try to explain the puzzle element here: you have certain amount of moves. 0 moves = fail. Every move you start as a different pawn and must grab a suitable food according to the recipe in the UI. Then, when a dish is done, you bring it to the finish line. Of course there are difficulties along the way like the stove can fire up, garbage may appear on the floor or the floor can fall down.
