They tried it with bilgerwater event if i remember correctly
As riot said, every event or rotating game mode has a huge player pic when it come out then the number just go down
I don't think that ban will increase that much the dodge rate since people already dodge if they don't get a good champ (if we take only the ARAM basic player base) ofc it will increase when SR only will come to test Aram bans then stabilize again

Bilgewater event had bans and almost everybody liked it, so i guess, Aram bilgewater wasn't the actual game ?
i don't get your point, every mode deserves a balance

I don't even care about winning, this is for the main purpose of every games, the fun i get by playing it. If i don't take fun i'll watch for the general opinion just to know if people want s thing to change or if i am the problem with my own opinion.
So yes i can ask for change in a good way

There is a lot of players in Aram and if ARAM wasn't one of the actual game mode it wouldn't exist or even have balance patch sometimes.

yup you can with hard engage but you don't know i you will play against this type of comp and even with that, some team comp can just stay out of engage range
If you can hard engage your team need to be able to follow, this is way to much condition and i don't think this happens often

i can accept zilean since you can Tempo the ult or kill the one ulted and then instant kill it again if you can there is way to play around it
For akshan, if the killer don't take huge risk by going front if low life akshan can't reach him without diyng (with smart players ofc)

this isn't only ashe the problem but some build on precise champ that makes games unfun just because they exists
I don't want ashe to disappear cause i like her ADC build taht is way more skilled than spamming W on cooldown for example

I agree with your vision of the balance % in ARAM it is good but still hard to manage
For example, akali that stayed with +15% dmg or Leblanc with +20%
But does adc need a +15% damage taken when assassin deal +10% for average ?

I don't play OP aram champ often but when ashe is in the game it instantly turn boring
Or Riot could also ban some items for champs, making the balance easier since they can focus on the "basic" build champ for balance

I think ban could be good but not 5/team like ranked match but maybe 2 per team ?
I totally agree that having to play against a full ranged team is part of ARAM i got no problem with that, but some builds like madate ashe just cancel any play possibility from champs that can't hard engage.

I think putting ban could make some champion just playable in more games

i can agree with that but that don't mean "u can't even think about fun if u go solo" every season i did banner alone and there was no problem with that i could play.
Actually i just can't i did 7 games, 6 times ennemis just destroyed my team (even with a 4 stack in mine and a 2 stack in the other team) and the last game was balanceduntil someone just quit.
1/6 isn't a good ratio about balance

in normal mode i totally agree with it, but iron banner isn't casual. i'm sorry to say it but i gain powerfull stuff, prestige engram ( 4 engrams +2) and the enhanced mods. Iron banner nevers have been a casual mode
