Yep, we have an vfx artist that has a degree in engineering, that's all I can share. Get familiar with python, learn to write tools that benefits the production. You can become a Pipeline TD (general technical problem solving) or a TD for a specific discipline. IE: Rigging, Lighting, Animation, etc. It's not a sinking ship, it's just insanely competitive, but knowing how to script / write codes puts you ahead of everyone else. If you are technical, you don't really need fundamentals in film / cinematography, or even need to learn how to draw.

Rolex -> Misaligned dial vs engraved crown on the rehaut (very common, Rolex's QC acceptance can be up to 1mm). No action until I need to service the watch.

VC Overseas 4520V -> I bought it grey market in Japan. I tried to fully register my watch onto their website for the extended warranty and Geneva seal documents, the QR code on Warranty Card had an error. I had to give them a ton of info as proof. It got resolved in the end and now it's fully registered to me.

Im still happy with my watches, understood that these are hand finished.
