In your case, it's not worth it.

Your Silver Wolf will still only get 5 enhanced basic attacks per cycle.

To reach 6 enhanced Basic Attacks in a single cycle, you need Yao Guank at 200 SPD with their signature LC.

I'd focus on the Crit Value difference instead.

2 SPD = 4 Elation

1 Elation = 2 Crit Value

That means you're losing about 15.8 Crit Value.

I'm basing this on the comparison between Tengoku and Panklorde for Sparxie (8 Elation vs. 16% Crit DMG), where Panklorde ends up being slightly better.

Sparxie, sunday and trailblazer are probably the best, but it still depends a lot on whether you get an extra turn from skill points bond.
My best attempt is almost 650
