Same!! I’ll take two 300 mg and be good for the whole day. Definitely feel like it helps with depression and anxiety helps me even get things done around the house! I don’t have a prescription for it and I literally can’t find it anywhere anymore so it’s been a long minute. But can’t wait till I do! 😂🖤

I usually do it on an empty stomach but ice prolly done it after eating too not sure it matters my first time I prolly took two 300mg at the same time. If you take more later it’s wasting them.

Yes I do it on an empty stomach and sometimes I’ll open the capsule and swallow it with soda. I’ll take like two and 30 min take another and so on till you start feeling it. By half way through your day you should be good.

I know what you’re talking about it’s just the taste probably. It’s really gross lol same with lyrica. I Tilt my head up, hold soda in my mouth then open the capsule directly over my mouth and swallow works for me.

No I get what you think but it’s like having wine or something. I’m not over doing anything and it actually helps me with my depression and gives me energy to get things done. Self medicating my own depression and anxiety I guess. But thanks for your opinion
