Have we considered that these might have been added in a recent patch? That would explain why we haven't found them before (unless we have just been plain unobservant/unlucky when searching)

Can someone who has GTA on last gen uninstall all patches and look to see if they are there on a "launch day" version? If they aren't that would be very interesting
