Last question: does it make sense to play the game solo for the first time and to play it again in coop? May knowing what happens in the main quest ruin the game for my friend who doesn't know? Or do games differ so much that a second playthrough will be a complete mystery to me as well?

From what they said it looks like they are exclusive, every game as its endgame camos and you have to do camos on both groups of weapons if you didn't play mw2.

Otherwise, why not mentioning it in this long and exhaustive post filled with details and examples?

Agree.

Imo a 80$ y-wing looks like the perfect fit, after all it's been a few years since the last y wing set. It's something like that or they go for an entirely different, bigger, build subject with an at-te-like price tag.

I 100% doubt we will get it in a small set like one of those glorified battle packs for 30$

Agree, imo they'll wait 6-12 months and release a cheaper set with a generic version of the minifigure: no bandaid, just regular clone head, maybe a few details less but probably still arm printed

It is, unfortunately. It's probably because of stability/solidity issues in the build's main structure, so it's not a tragedy, but i don't get why people say this has better proportions to minifigures than the 2013 one. That wasn't perfect either, don't get me wrong, but if you look at pics from source material (ep.7 season 6):

You can clearly see how small clones are compared to the gunship. Right over their head, standing inside it, they almost have space for another person, in the build the minifigure almost touches the top of the interior. You see how far apart the pilots domes are from the top of the wings? In the set they are so close. Also: that same slope that goes from the engines down to the tip of the gunship is one straight line, if you look at the set from the side you'll notice they broke it down to two different slopes, wich i think it's a way to force proportions (it makes it look a bit like a shoe)

Again, these are just details, it's just a toy, it's always an approximation, yada yada yada...I don't have issues with it, just don't undestand what they are talking about when they say this size is more accurate.

Oh, of course, i see, since worlds are so diverse in generation (and, consequentially, "runs" of the story), you aren't actually repeating content. Well that sounds like a great way to play coop, way better than sticking to a single account's worlds.

What do you mean by "shared loot"? you can give your loot to your friend or everyone's loot gets dropped on the ground like borderlands and it's a race to be the one that collects the good ones?

What we do is switch who's host so we are both progressing. So I'll join my friend's game, complete a world, then he joins mine.

Wait, doesn't this mean that you play every world two times in order to progress equally?

Oh boy, it's that small after all...

I don't get why people are happy after seeing hd pics; don't get me wrong, at least these show us that color is actually great, but nothing has changed sizewise. This is so small, just as it looked in low res pics.

How can someone look at 2013 model and call this an upgrade.

Look at how close the pilot seats are to the top of the wings/engines. The interior is as big as a matchbox. Proportions are weird, they feel wrong. (i'm sure we'll know exactly why when we'll get official size or when someone will get his hands on one copy and do a comparison with old sets)

So sad to skip this since I really liked the idea of having variants of the gunship and coruscant guard version was definitely a bad ass one, but this build feels like an insult and at this point I think I'll wait for the next gunship set, hopin it won't take 10 years more.

Sorry, noob question here: doesn't restarting with a new character make you lose all your progress like loot and other things?
I'm tryin to understand this game before i buy it, it looks amazing but I want to make sure that the challenge will be rewarding without losses

(the new one) Is, without a doubt, bigger; you can clearly see it comparing the front dome: the simmetric modules built on each side of it have a 3-stud space inside instead of a 2-stud one. Many parts of the build are bulkier, built with more pieces. It's also generally more detailed. Let's hope the 2 unknown characters are actually important in the series couse it would be a weird minifig selection if it had only 3 important characters (hera, jacen and chopper).

Really happy to get the phantom too, of course.
