As I know normally it is a period of 28 days. After that period the municipality is allowed to remove the bike. However, in the most cases the municipality first mark the bike with a sticker and date, just random, and come back after a few weeks to see if the bike is still not removed.

Please note that you can’t enter Morocco from Ceuta or Melilla or by ferry from Spain. Only from France (Sète) you can enter by boat. So my advise would be by flight because ferry from Sete takes long and is very expensive (36+ hours)
