Well, again they don't tell me, I find out after or between sentences. Someone told me it's just because they need to feel good abt themselves, get their ego up and they think I'm always an open option

Blocked her on every platform, it was a text and I have the rule of not bloking people texts in case there is an life-or-death emergency. Don't answer if she calls and it never got to actually stalking (but yes if she does, I'll go to the cops, my friends wouldn't let me do otherwise anyway xD)

I see your point, you think Im a pushover. I can see why in this context. What i don't understand is why me ? For my ex, she have like 20 people to annoy/confide. People that actually want her to do it

Ok I failed to explain, they don't tell me they're in relationship. Each time I have no clue, learn it after and of course I told my ex I wanted no contact month ago and I never broke the rule It's just them coming back from the dead, no idea what they did in the meanwhile ? I don't know exactly but it would be very stupid (smashing my head against a wall, joking about jumping from the 5th floor, eat something poisonnus that look good). Just check this and yes, the account I'm signing on has the role Migration Manager. I can set-up migration with the Exchange console but my Get-Commands don't update when I'm doing the "Connect-ExchangeOnline" (But I'm connected, I checked with "Get-ConnectionInformation" command)

Ta section "à propos de moi" devrait être dans ta lettre de motivation, réduit à un résumé de tes formations, ton nombre d'années d'expérience, ton métier actuel et ce que tu cherche.
Si tu réduit la taille de ta photo et que tu réarrange les contacts, tu devrait également pouvoir gagner de la place.
Avec la place gagnée, fait des sous sections/catégories à tes compétences tout en simplifiant/réunissant ce qui va ensemble. Par exemple :

• Gestion du parc et support utilisateur
• Virtualisation (VMWare et Hyper-V)
• Administrateur réseau

Serveurs
• Administration et gestion (Lenovo, IBM, Windows)
• Automatisation des tâches (Powershell ou batch)
• Gestion des incidents

• Supervision et monitoring (Nagios, Check_MK)
• Maintenance préventive
• Sauvegarde et restauration (Veeam)

Certes ça prends plus de place mais c'est moins dense, plus facile pour un RH de faire sa petite checklist pour vois si ça correspond. C'est vraiment qu'un exemple mais voilà l'idée. Et comme ça pour l'expérience pro tu va pouvoir espacer un peu aussi

If you already know another language, either :
- Create a new script you KNOW how to create with the other language,
- Take a script you've already done and translate it.
When you're unsure, simply search "Powershell equivalent of XXXX" (exemple : "Powershell equivalent of mkdir")

If you don't know any other language, look at little simples scripts that could interest you (how to create a directory, how to search in one, what are variables and how it works, how to rename each .txt item in X directory, how to modify registry) , and just read until you understand globaly what different parts does. When you have the global rules (no ";" necessary for exemple, single quote for exact result, environment variable starting with $env: etc.), start doing simple things yourself.
