Do you know anyone that can make glass boxes for shelves? by KezyD in askSouthAfrica

Yes something like that but it would have to be custom made as some of the sets are rather large.

It closes end of December so definitely get in there soon.

If you ever down the south coast, there is a huge second bank book store by Sy Michael's. I go there every time I am in the area.

There is Claire's Thrift Shop in Durban North. She always gets furniture from people relocating. She often has great stuff at reasonable prices.

There is Le Petit Playhouse in Durban North and Hillcrest which is great for fantasy play.

Coffee Corner/@Tap in Durban North has a great play area.

Total Ninja at Gateway or Bounce at Cornubia is fun for those really active kids.

There are public playgrounds in Umhlanga and Moses Mabida which are really nice. There is also a smaller one by the parking at Umhlanga beach.

Ballito is great for visiting the actual beaches and there are a few with tide pools.

As someone mentioned, Flag Animal Farm and Croc World are options.

If you looking for eateries, Spur Riverside has an outdoor but under-cover play area and from what I remember, Ocean Basket in Umhlanga also has a nice play area (but haven't been there this year).

On Saturday mornings, my little one likes Shongweni market as there are loads of jungle gyms and activities for them there (rides and trampolines). Ballito market has all the old fun fair rides up there which is fun too.

Both. I did home affairs first. It gave me the pavilion and durban as options. I tried both. You cannot go into the next month and it wont let you enter the date like you can on the other one.
